Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not begin production until payment is received in full.

We are not responsible for bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment processing issues.

5. Product Descriptions & Variations

All items are handmade. Minor variations in fabric placement, stitching, colour tones, and sizing are normal and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colours may vary depending on screen settings.

6. Care Instructions & Liability

All items must be hand washed only in cool water.
Items must never be tumble dried under any circumstances.

Failure to follow care instructions voids any right to repair, replacement, or store credit.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow provided instructions.

7. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

If you believe an item is faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Any resolution (repair, replacement, or store credit) will be offered at our discretion.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for:

Postal delays
Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Customs fees or import duties

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
