Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

  • Processing times are separate from shipping times.

  • During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be extended.

We do not offer rush production unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed to the postal carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost parcels

  • Stolen parcels

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Parcels marked as delivered

  • Damage caused during transit

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

4. Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us:

  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

5. Customs & International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Any delays caused by customs processing

We have no control over customs procedures and cannot predict or reimburse these charges.

6. Shipping Upgrades & Insurance

If you would like additional shipping insurance or a faster delivery service, you must select this option at checkout (if available).

We are not liable for uninsured parcels once shipped.

7. Combined Orders

Orders may not always be combined if placed separately. We reserve the right to ship items individually depending on stock and production timing.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the parcel.
