At Coco Designs, every item is lovingly handmade in small batches. Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict policy to protect our small business.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

If approved, we will offer at our discretion:

  • A repair

  • A replacement (if available)

  • Store credit

Refunds will only be issued where legally required.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for checking size guides before purchasing. We are not liable for incorrect size selection.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Shipping

We are not responsible for postal delays, lost parcels once marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Handmade Variations

All items are handmade. Slight variations in colour, stitching, sizing, and print placement are normal and not considered faults.

All items must be hand washed only in cool water.
Items must never be tumble dried under any circumstances.

Failure to follow these care instructions will void any right to replacement, repair, or store credit. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or drying.

Safety

All products must be used under adult supervision. We are not liable for misuse.
